The first two nights we rented a floating cabin in Humpy Cove called Orca Island Lodge. It was nice having a dock to unload gear.

This part of the island is below the high tide mark but worked well for a camp fire. There are also two Yurts on the Island for rent.

The mountains in Resurrection Bay are very rugged and scenic.
